How long have you worked for Abbey Caskets? Approximately 8 years

What do you like most about your job? Getting to know the customers

You also take care of the aftercare program for Abbey Caskets that uses our CareNotes.  Do you have a favorite CareNote you share with families? I can’t really say I have a favorite. I use so many of them in the aftercare program. All of them are very helpful.

What is your favorite work memory? When I snuck up on Teresa in the warehouse and she almost lost her CareNotes.

What’s something that recently made you smile? The giggles of my grandbabies

How do you like to spend your time outside of work? Hobbies? Boating, swimming, camping, reading, gardening, bicycling with my two youngest daughters.

What three words would your friends use to describe you? Energetic, compassionate, stubborn

Do you have a go-to karaoke song? There’s Your Trouble by the Dixie Chicks

It’s food day in the office – what’s your favorite dish to make? Anything easy

Do you have a favorite Scripture verse or quote? I don’t have a favorite scripture, but I do like to look up verses that motivate me to be a better person.

Name one thing that makes you unique. I am not afraid to make a fool of myself just to get people to laugh.
